Since our commencement, we have continued to build an enviable reputation for highly qualified, experienced and dedicated staff who enrich of children’s lives.

 

Sunshine Kindy’s strength, is the partnership formed between our experienced team of dedicated and passionate early childhood specialist educators and our wonderful engaging supportive parent community.

 

Our early childhood educators are empowered to make decisions to support the children’s and families requirements. They collectively have over  40 years industry experience and have children of their own ranging from 24 years of age to 6.

 

The children and families are often consulted and involved in the services decision making process, whether it’s planning our menu, planning our program or simply determining the flow of our day. This practice ensures the service maintains alignment with the children and families current and changing interests. We have a beautiful service which has been shaped by wonderful ideas from enthusiastic parents and we are certain will continue to evolve over the years for generations to come.

 

Parents and family members are invited to participate in the Services quarterly review meetings. This is an excellent opportunity for family members to formally participate in a collaborative review of the services short, medium and long term plans.
